How are prices calculated?

Prices are calculated by time and the cost of materials. For example, weaving takes a lot of time, so pieces with more weaving will cost more.

What are your shipping rates?

Purchases are shipped via USPS flat rate boxes and should not exceed $14.

When can I expect my purchase to arrive?

Purchases will be shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 2 business days once shipped.

Do you repair or replace broken or damaged items?

I guarantee my work under normal wear-and-tear, with the understanding that some pieces are more delicate and should be treated as such. I am happy to repair or remake pieces at no cost, within reasonable limitations. Unfortunately, I cannot replace lost or stolen items. What is your return policy?

Please contact Kira at wirelightdreams@gmail.com to arrange a return within 30 days of purchase. Wirelight Dreams will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund.

Do you take commissions?

Not at this time.

Do your products contain nickel? Are there any other allergens I should be concerned about?

Items contain no nickel unless otherwise stated in the item’s description.

Items come from a cat household. Gently washing your item(s) with dish soap and warm water is recommended for those with severe allergies.
